Top Platformer Games on iOS Make Waves in Latin America for Q1 2021

In the first quarter of 2021, iOS platformer games have shown significant performance in Latin America. Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into the download trends and weekly active users for the top games in this category. Here's how the top five contenders stacked up.

Crash Bandicoot: On the Run! by King experienced a robust launch with downloads peaking at 1.3M in its debut week and then tapering off to 323K. Weekly active users saw an upward trend from 1.25M to 1.42M.

Subway Surfers from Sybo Games ApS, a long-standing favorite, maintained steady engagement with a slight fluctuation in downloads, ranging from 64K to 97K. Revenue saw a dip to 1.1K but rebounded to 2.2K, while active users increased from 1.26M to 1.37M by the end of March.

Voodoo's Roof Rails showed a downward trend in downloads, starting at 110K and ending at 18K for the quarter. Weekly active users also decreased from 209K to 105K.

Zynga Inc.'s Blob Runner 3D, despite having no reported revenue, saw an initial surge in downloads to 113K before settling at 30K. Active users peaked at 176K in early February but dropped to 73K by the end of March.

Lastly, Stacky Dash by SUPERSONIC STUDIOS LTD had a mixed quarter, with downloads hitting a high of 81K, only to drop to 32K and then slightly recover to 36K. The number of active users reached its peak in early March at 141K before decreasing to 94K.
